Delete Account

Request account deletion from inside the app.

SJ Alarms lets client users and admin users initiate account deletion requests directly from the relevant app. Requests are reviewed before completion so monitoring, security, and operational records can be handled correctly.

Client app users

Use this path if you sign in to the SA Alarms app with a client account created by SJ Alarms.

  1. 1Open the SA Alarms client app.
  2. 2Go to Account or Profile.
  3. 3Tap Request Account Deletion.
  4. 4Review the notice, add an optional reason, and submit the request.
  5. 5SJ Alarms will review the request and process eligible account deletion or deactivation manually.

Admin app users

Viewer Admin users can request deletion of their own admin account. Super Admin users should make sure another authorized owner can process account access before deletion.

  1. 1Open the SJ Alarms Admin app.
  2. 2Open the navigation drawer.
  3. 3Tap Request Account Deletion.
  4. 4Review the notice, add an optional reason, and submit the request.
  5. 5A Super Admin or authorized account owner will review the request.

Important retention notice

Account deletion may remove or deactivate account access and personal information that is no longer required. Some records may be retained where needed for security, monitoring history, incident review, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
